2-When is Cairo ICT 2012 being held and what are the daily visiting hours?

Cairo ICT 2011 will be held on 19 February through till 22nd February 2012
Daily visiting hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM

(First day of exhibition 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM)

3-Where will Cairo ICT 2012 be held?

At The Cairo International Conference Center, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt

4-I'm a student, am I allowed to visit Cairo ICT, and is there a dress code required for entrance?

Yes, certainly. Students are welcomed and encouraged to visit Cairo ICT. Students must register on-line in their designated "Student Registration" page. Special arrangements by the organizers will be set for students visiting the Fair based on their registration. Dress code for visiting Cairo ICT is smart casual.

5-How much is the entrance ticket, and is it by day or is there a ticket for the four (4) days?

Daily entrance tickets are charged as follows:
LE 20 - Daily Ticket
LE 40 - 4 Day Ticket

6-How do I get more information on Cairo ICT 2012?

By regularly visiting our website for updates and latest news. On the occasion that you have a specific question, please contact any of the personnel listed in the "Contacts" page.

7-Where will the Cairo ICT 2012 Forum be located?

The official forum will be located in all Mycerinous halls, while the company presentations will be held in the Mezzanine hall. Exact locations will be indicated in the official forum catalogue. Latest news on Forum topics and speakers will be published and updated on the "Forum" page of our website

8-How can I exhibit?

Contact one of our sales team listed on our "Contacts" page, in order to fill you in and inform you of all the details of an exhibitor's participation. You can also download the registration contract found on the "Exhibitors" page of our website, fill it out, then fax and/or e-mail it back to our mentioned contacts.

9-What is the cost of exhibiting in the technology section?

Raw Exhibition Space: USD 325/ m2
Shell-Scheme Space: USD 402 /m2 (Equipped stand USD 77/m2 + USD 325m2)
Registration Fees: USD 350 (Please refer to the attached registration
contract for the Terms & Conditions)
Minimum space 12m2

10-Our company is exhibiting at Cairo ICT 2012, how do we get more information on offered sponsorship packages?

Contact any of the names listed on the "Contacts" page of our website, and they will inform you of various available sponsorship packages.

11-Can you help me if I need a special design for my stand?

We can recommend our official contractors for your assistance. Please check our business partners' link on the website for their full contact information or visit the "Exhibitors" page on our website.

12-Where will visitors' registration desks be located?

Visitors' registration desks are located in the CICC foyer of halls 1-3 and in the foyer of hall 4, a special fast-track registration lane is dedicated to online and pre-registered visitors.

13-Can I hang banners from the ceiling in the main hall and how?

This privilege is limited to specific criteria of exhibitors and has to be per an agreement and special contract with Cairo ICT's organizers.

14-For international exhibitors do you have special travel arrangement packages offered during the exhibition and can you help me with my stand/material shipment?

15-How can I find my stand onsite during construction?

TradeFairs International's staff members will be available in the organizers office located on the first floor of the CICC (Ask at Registration Desk for assistance). Also, all stands/booths are clearly indicated on the floor plan at the entrance of the main halls.

16-Is there any cafeteria or restaurant in the exhibition and where is their location?

Yes there is a cafeteria and restaurant at the mezzanine level of the CICC, which opens its doors on the first exhibition day, during mantling days rotating cafeterias will be available in main halls to serve exhibitors.


17-Is there any security provided by the organizer during the mantling and dismantling days?

Organizer will not be held responsible for the security of the stand during the mantling and dismantling days. Exhibitors will also be responsible for their stands, equipment and all displayed items during exhibition days from 09:00 a.m. to 08.30 p.m. A representative from each company has to be present to ensure the security of equipment.

18-What are the daily hours for mantling and dismantling?

Mantling for raw-space exhibitors only will start on February 16th, 2012
Mantling for shell-scheme space exhibitors will start on February 18th, 2012 from 1pm.
Dismantling will be after closing hours on February 22nd, 2012. Exhibitors WILL NOT be permitted to dismantle their stands until main halls are completely evacuated from visitors & after closing hours 8pm.


19-Are there any public pay phones in the CICC?
Yes, there are prepaid phone cabinets at the ground level of the CICC.
